Accessibility Statement
I want every student and family to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, screen magnification, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse. I represent students in Section 504 and ADA matters, so an accessible website matters to me.
The standard
This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). That is a goal, not a guarantee: no audit, automated or by hand, can promise that every page meets every guideline.
How the site is tested
On October 13, 2026, 21 pages were tested with the axe-core accessibility engine at desktop and phone widths, including the home page, the fee pages, the contact form and the main practice pages. Every WCAG failure that scan found was fixed the same day, and a re-test of those pages found no automated WCAG 2.2 AA violations.
Automated tools catch only some kinds of problems, so a clean scan does not prove a page is fully accessible. I re-test as pages are added or changed, and reports from people who use the site are the most useful check there is.
Known limitations
- Some downloadable documents (PDF and Word files, such as the engagement agreement) may not be fully accessible. If one does not work for you, ask and I will provide the same content in a format that does.
- Links to schools, government agencies and the secure online payment page lead to sites I do not control, and I cannot vouch for their accessibility.
Report a barrier or ask for another format
If anything on this site does not work for you, tell me the page and what happened. I will work to get you the information another way and to fix the problem.

Tell me what happened
