Overview

Every institution maintains a student code of conduct, and a single alleged violation can trigger a process that threatens a student’s standing, housing, and record. I defend students across the full range of conduct charges, from the routine to the serious.

At public colleges and universities, students facing discipline are also entitled to constitutional due process; at private institutions, the school is bound by the procedures it promised in its handbook and policies. Either way, the school must follow its own rules.
