Overview

Hazing allegations can implicate an individual student, an entire chapter or organization, and — under many state laws, including Florida’s — criminal liability. The campus process often moves in parallel with a criminal investigation, and statements made in one can affect the other.

I represent individual students and, where appropriate, organizations, with attention to how the conduct process and any criminal exposure interact.
