Zachary Gaynor is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and in the State of Florida. His practice concentrates on federal education law — including FERPA, Title IX, Section 504 and the ADA, and constitutional claims — which arises nationwide; matters outside Florida, or in courts where he is not admitted, are handled in association with local counsel or through admission pro hac vice where permitted.
