Important information regarding attorney advertising and the scope of this website’s content.

Attorney advertising. This website is attorney advertising for Zachary Gaynor, Esq., an education-law and student-defense attorney practicing as A Students' Lawyer, based in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida. A Students' Lawyer is a practice name, not a separate law firm; all legal services are provided by Zachary Gaynor, Esq. A Students' Lawyer is affiliated with FLeducationLawyer.com, which is also operated by Zachary Gaynor, Esq.

No legal advice; no attorney–client relationship. The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only, does not constitute legal advice, and should not be relied upon as legal advice for any particular situation. Viewing this site, contacting the attorney, or submitting information through it does not create an attorney–client relationship; such a relationship is formed only by a written agreement signed by the attorney and the client.

Jurisdiction. Zachary Gaynor is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and in the State of Florida. His practice concentrates on federal education law — including FERPA, Title IX, Section 504 and the ADA, and constitutional claims — which arises nationwide; matters outside Florida, or in courts where he is not admitted, are handled in association with local counsel or through admission pro hac vice where permitted.

Results and testimonials. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Testimonials or endorsements, if any appear on this site, reflect the experience of individual clients, may not be representative of the experience of all clients, and a prospective client may not obtain the same or similar results. No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.

Blog and practice-area content. Articles and practice-area summaries are general information current as of their publication date. The law changes, and previously published material is not necessarily updated.
